JUDGEMENT

(1.) The application is for correction of the observations made in para 8 of the judgment dated 19-4-2011. Para 8 of the judgment reads as under:

(2.) The learned counsel appearing for the appellant submitted that the suit had already been filed and therefore, the words "if a suit is filed" is inconsistent with the earlier observation made by the Court.

(3.) We have heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties.
