JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is a 1st defendant's second appeal against the concurrent findings of the trial Court and the lower appellate Court.

(2.) In the course of this Judgment, the parties will be referred to by the ranks assigned to them in the trial Court.

(3.) The plaintiff filed O.S. No. 53/1981 in the Court of the Munsiff, Basavakalyan inter alia seeking relief for declaration of his title to the suit schedule property and possession of the same.
