JUDGEMENT

(1.) This petition is filed by petitioner-accused No.1 under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. seeking regular bail in Crime No.120 of 2019 of Bantwala Rural Police Station for the offences punishable under Sections 448 , 324 , 326 , 307 , 504 , 506 read with section 34 of IPC. The petitioner is said to be in judicial custody since from the date of his arrest.

(3.) In pursuance of the complaint filed by the complainant, a case in Crime No.120 of 2019 came to be registered for the aforesaid offences. Thereafter, the investigating officer took up the case for investigation and thoroughly investigated the case by recording the statement of witnesses and so also drawing the mahazar as well and laid the charge sheet against the accused. In the said charge sheet, the petitioner is arraigned as Accused No.1.
