JUDGEMENT

(1.) This petition under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. is filed seeking enlargement of petitioner on bail in Crime No.578/2019, registered in Mahadevapura Police Station for offences punishable under Sections 498A , 304B read with Section 34 of IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

(2.) Heard Shri. Honnappa S., learned Advocate for petitioner and Shri.V.S.Vinayaka, learned HCGP for State.

(3.) One Smt.Dyavamma, W/o.Ramappa, lodged a complaint with Mahadevapura Police Station alleging that her daughter Ms.Shilpa had committed suicide due to harassment. Police after investigation have filed charge- sheet against petitioner and his mother for offences punishable under Sections 498A , 304B read with Section 34 of IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.
