JUDGEMENT

(1.) This petition is filed under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. by accused Nos.1 and 2 to enlarge them on bail in Crime No.8/2020 of E & N Police Station, Hubballi-Dharwad registered for offence punishable under Section 21 of NDPS Act.

(2.) I have heard the learned counsel for petitioners and learned HCGP for the respondent-State.
