(1.) Though this matter is listed for orders today, with the consent of both the parties, matter is taken up for final disposal.

(2.) Insurance Company and claimant are in appeal challenging the validity of the judgment and award passed in MVC No.790/2009 dated 18.07.2011 on the file of the MACT and District Judge, Fast Track Court-I, Chikodi (hereinafter referred to as the Tribunal for short).
