JUDGEMENT

(1.) Since in all the above three writ petitions, the parties are common, grievance of the petitioner is common and also common question is involved, all the three writ petitions are taken up together for disposal.

(2.) WP No.101034/2017 relates to Sy.No.57/3 (earlier Sy.No.57/2A) measuring 4 acres 26 guntas; WP No.101035/2017 relates to Sy.No.56/2 measuring 8 acres; and WP No.101036/2017 relates to Sy.No.25/2 measuring 6 acres. All the above stated lands are situated at Lokapur village, Mudhol taluk, Bagalkot district.

(3.) The petitioner claims that he is the absolute owner of the above stated lands situated at Lokapur village, Mudhol Taluk, Bagalkot District. Respondents 5 to 7 are the 1st, 2nd wife and daughter of the petitioner's brother late Laxman Hugar. Proceedings in MR No.105/2011-12, MR No.166/2011-12 and MR No.5/2012-13 were initiated before the 4th respondent- Tahasildar by the respondents 5 to 7 to enter their names in respect of the lands stated above. The 4th respondent by two separate orders dated 28.01.2013 and one order dated 18.06.2013 rejected the proceedings and refused to enter the names of respondents 5 to 7. Aggrieved by the same, the respondents 5 to 7 filed appeals before the Assistant Commissioner, Jamkhandi. The Assistant Commissioner, Jamkhandi vide order dated 27.06.2013 and two orders dated 26.06.2014 allowed the appeals observing that the entry of the names of respondents 5 to 7 would be subject to pending RA No.2/2014 before the Civil Court, Mudhol. Aggrieved by the said order, the petitioner herein filed revision under Section 136(3) of the Karnataka Land Revenue Act, 1964 before the Deputy Commissioner, Bagalkot. The Deputy Commissioner by three separate orders dated 06.10.2016 rejected the revision filed by the petitioner under Section 136(3) of the Karnataka Land Revenue Act, 1964 confirming the orders passed by the Assistant Commissioner.
