JUDGEMENT

(1.) Petitioners are accused Nos.2 and 6 in Crime No.114/2020 of D.J.Halli Police Station, Bengaluru city. The said case is registered against the petitioners and four others for the offences punishable under Sections 188 , 399 , 402 of IPC on the basis of complaint of Sri Ravindra, Assistant Sub-Inspector of Police, D.J.Halli Police Station.

(2.) It is alleged that on 16.04.2020 at 9.15 a.m. on the basis of credible information of some persons making preparations to commit dacoity, the complainant and his staff with panchas visited the said place. It is further alleged that there the petitioners and other accused found making preparations to commit dacoity armed with knives, chilli powder and clubs. It is further alleged that four knives, chilli powder and clubs were recovered from the accused.

(3.) As per the first information report, one knife from petitioner No.1 and a club from petitioner No.2 were recovered. Accused were arrested on 16.04.2020 and they are in judicial custody since then.
