JUDGEMENT

(1.) The present appeal has been filed by the appellant challenging the order passed by the learned Senior Civil Judge & JMFC, Ron, in M.C. No.32/2014 dated 05.03.2016.

(2.) We have heard learned counsel Sri. Mahantesh R. Patil for the appellant-respondent before the trial Court and Sri. Hemanthkumar L. Havaragi, for the respondenthusband.
