JUDGEMENT

(1.) This appeal is filed by the appellants/claimants being not satisfied with the judgment and award passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Bengaluru, (for short 'Tribunal') in MVC No.5747/2012, dated 05.07.2014.

(2.) Heard the arguments of learned counsel appearing for the appellants as well as learned counsel for the respondent No.1-Insurance Company.

(3.) The status of the parties before the Tribunal is retained for the sake of convenience.
