JUDGEMENT

(1.) The learned Additional Government Advocate appears for the first respondent is present.

(2.) Sri.P.Prasanna Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the third respondent also takes notice for the third respondent in WA.No.257/2020.

(3.) Our attention is invited to the judgment and order dated 12th March 2020 passed in W.A.No.219/2020 and the order dated 20th March 2020 in W.A.No.247/2020. There is no dispute between the parties that the appellants in these two appeals were similarly situated as the appellants in the present appeals.
