JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioner herein is defendant No.2 in O.S.No.145/2016 on the file of the II Additional Senior Civil Judge and JMFC, Chikkaballapura.

(2.) The petitioners herein being aggrieved by the order dated 17.06.2019 on I.A.No.11 filed by the plaintiff under Order VI Rule 17 read with section 151 of CPC has preferred the instant writ petition.

(3.) I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.
