JUDGEMENT

(1.) This first appeal by the plaintiffis directed against the judgment and decree dated 28.04.2018 in O.S.No.33/2016 on the file of the Senior Civil Judge and JMFC, Raibag.

(2.) For the sake of convenience, parties shall be referred as per their ranking before the trial Court.
