JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is an appeal filed by the insurer challenging the liability imposed upon it by the Senior Civil Judge and JMFC and MACT., Channapatna (henceforth referred to as Tribunal in short) to pay the compensation awarded by it in MVC No.95/2012.

(2.) Though, this appeal is listed for admission, as the records of the Tribunal are received and as the counsel for the appellant and the respondents have consented for final disposal, the appeal is taken up for final disposal.

(3.) The parties shall henceforth be referred to as they were referred before the Tribunal.
