JUDGEMENT

(1.) Learned Additional Government Advocate has filed a memo along with the copy of the order dated 10.12.2020, according to which the petitioner herein has been posted as the Assistant Secretary of Zilla Panchayat, Raichur.

(2.) The learned counsel for petitioner upon instructions submits that the petitioner is ready to report in the said post and that communication of this order has not yet been made out to him.

(3.) In light of the said undertaking and also taking note of the submission made by the learned AGA that if the petitioner reports for duty, his reporting would be accepted in accordance with the office order dated 10.12.2020, no further adjudication is called for.
