JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioner has filed this writ petition challenging the Show-cause notice dated 22.06.2020.

(2.) A brief background of this case requires to be narrated to better appreciate the issues raised in this petition.

(3.) The petitioner had earlier filed W.P.No.14461/2020 and connected writ petitions for quashing of a notice of eviction dated 20.02.2020. By the said notice, the petitioner and their tenants were asked to vacate the building within a day failing which it had been stated that action would be taken to evict them in accordance with law.
