JUDGEMENT

(1.) This petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. is presented by accused No.1 in FIR No.90/2020 registered in Doddaballapura Rural Police Station on 14th March 2020.

(2.) Heard Shri A.Rajesh, learned advocate for petitioner and Smt.K.P.Yashodha, learned HCGP for the State.

(3.) Complainant Shri B.Srinivas lodged first information report contending inter alia that complainant's daughter Ms.Bindu, aged 22 years was kidnapped by accused No.1 to 4 mentioned in the FIR. Accordingly, FIR has been registered for offences punishable under Sections 427 , 506 , 149 , 448 , 324 & 366 IPC.
