JUDGEMENT

(1.) In the instant petition petitioner has sought for the following reliefs:

(2.) Petitioner is working as an in-charge of Director and Professor and Head of the Department of Urology, Institute of Nephro-Urology, Victoria Hospital Campus, Bengaluru. He is aggrieved by the communication dated 02.6.2020 and further special notice for appearance dated 03.6.2020 in respect of proposed amendment to the post of Director, Institute of Nephro-Urology, Bengalure.

(3.) Learned counsel for the petitioner vehemently contended that the impugned action of the respondents would affect the petitioner's right and condition of service. He also pointed out that the impugned action is in violation of Sections 9 and 11 of the Karnataka Societies Registration Act, 1960.
