JUDGEMENT

(1.) This captioned petition is filed by petitioner/accused No.1 seeking anticipatory bail in crime No.93/2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 506 , 34 , 504 , 376 , 384 and 420 of IPC.

(2.) The case of the prosecution is that the complainant is a film actress and she came in contact with the present petitioner/accused No.1 some where in the year 2018 in Coffee-day near Gandhi Bazzar, the present petitioner/accused No.1 introduced himself as CEO of ME Caply and requested her to be the Brand Ambassador of his company. It is also alleged in the complaint that the complainant was taken for photo shooting at Goa on 15.01.2019.

(3.) The further case of the prosecution that having carried out the photo shoot at Goa, the petitioner/accused No.1 had not paid any amount due in so far as Goa assignment is concerned. The petitioner/accused No.1 expressed his difficulty to get money and subsequently, petitioner/accused No.1 has availed hand loan from the complainant for a sum of Rs.50,000/- and Rs.1,00,000/- on different dates and same was transferred to the account of petitioner/accused No.1.
