JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel appearing for the appellant, learned counsel appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 8 and learned High Court Government Pleader appearing for respondent No.9/State.

(2.) This appeal is filed challenging the judgment of acquittal dated 20.09.2010 passed in S.C.No.265/2006 on the file of IV Additional District & Sessions Judge at Mysuru.

(3.) The parties are referred to as per their original rankings before the Trial Court in order to avoid the confusion and for the convenience of the Court.
