JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for caveator/respondent No.1.

(2.) This writ petition is filed seeking a writ of mandamus, directing respondent No.1 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 10.02.2020 produced at Annexure 'A' within a time bound period before taking possession of the property in question.

(3.) The factual matrix of the case is that, respondent No.1-Bank had affixed a possession notice outside the leased premises of the petitioner on 07.02.2020, quoting the order of Deputy Commissioner dated 04.01.2020 as per which the respondent No.1-Bank has called upon respondent Nos.2 and 3 to handover physical possession of the property in question within seven days from the date of notice.
