JUDGEMENT

(1.) SRI . B. Ramanjaneya Gowda, learned Counsel is directed to take notice for R1. Heard.

(2.) PETITIONERS have prayed for directing the respondent No. 1 to consider their representations vide Annexure -'F' dated 19.08.1999, Annexure -'G' dated: nil and Annexure -'K' dated 15.05.2006 and have also prayed for directing the respondents to re -convey the land measuring 40' x 60' bearing Survey No. 3/1B situated at Agara Village, HSR Layout. Petitioners had approached this Court for similar reliefs by filing WP. No. 24408/05. The same was disposed of on 10.02.2006 as per order at Annexure -'U' by which the respondent -Authority was directed to consider the representations filed by the petitioners dated 19.08.1994 within three months from the date of receipt of the said order. Till this day the BDA has not taken any decision on the directions of this Court and also on the representation. Hence, this contempt petition is filed against the respondents.

(3.) NO prejudice will be caused to either of the parties if the respondents are directed to consider the representations,
