JUDGEMENT

(1.) The Principal of Impact Polytechnic, Sahakaranagar, Kodigehalli, Bangalore has filed this petition seeking direction to the respondents to release the amount due towards salary of the staff of the said institution under the grant-in-aid scheme.

(2.) The respondents have filed statement of objections contending that the respondents have released the grant in excess what was due to the institution. It is further contended that the institution has not reimbursed 50% of the tuition fee collected from the students as per the Grant-respondents to recover the aforesaid amount from the petitioner.

(3.) Smt. Sona Vakkund, learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a memo stating that the State Government has deposited the Grant-in-aid and also agreed to enhance the grant from 85% to 100% towards salary of the staff of the institution. Therefore, the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition.
