(2.) The petitioners are questioning the order passed by the Commissioner for Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments appointing an Administrator exercising his power under Section 29 of the Karnataka Hindu Religious Institutions and Charitable Endowments Act. 1997 (for short, 'the Act').
