JUDGEMENT

(1.) Affidavits have been filed on behalf of the State of Maharashtra and respondent No. 7. It is stated that chargesheets have been filed but charges have still not been framed by the courts. Mr. Harish Salve, learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that, according to his instructions, investigation vs West Bengal has not been properly carried out and some vital areas have been left uninvestigated. He prays for a short adjournment to indicate those areas which have not been investigated.

(2.) As requested, two weeks time is granted to file a proper application, supported by an affidavit.
