JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is a dispute of fact relating to a relevant aspect of this writ petition. That the National Commission for Women may have found in favour of the petitioners, on the point does not make it any less disputed question of fact before this court. The writ petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to adopt such other remedies as may be available to them under the law.
