JUDGEMENT

(1.) Learned counsel prays for time to file the counter affidavit on behalf of respondent 2 and 3. Four weeks' time is granted for the purpose. In the meanwhile, we hope that all the directions given by this court in its order dated 22/11/1991 shall be complied with in letter and spirit by all concerned.
