(1.) MR. Vaidyanathan, learned counsel for the CBI, states that the CBI shall require about 8 weeks more to complete the investigation List after 10 weeks.
(2.) IN the meantime the Registry shall make available to DR. Dhawan, learned Amicus Curiae, copies of both reports of the Chairman, Board of Revenue, State of U.P., so that he may examine the same and tell us on the next date of hearing which of the parties before us. If any, is adversely affected by these reports. Upon the basis of his statement we can, on the next date of hearing decide to whom copies of these reports should be disclosed.
(3.) ALL copies of affidavits and/or other documents filed by any of the parties to these proceedings shall hereafter be made available to the learned Amicus Curiae by the Registry 20 immediately upon their being filed.
