JUDGEMENT

(1.) Issue notice of this application to the government of U. P. and Director General, medical Services, central government. The notice shall be returnable on 1 2/04/1999. A team of three officers nominated by Director General, Medical services, central government, together with MR. M. C. Mehta, Advocate and Mr. Krishan Mahajan, Advocate shall visit the hospital and inspect the same and give a report by 12/04/1999. The expenses will be borne by Mathura Refinery. Time for commissioning the hospital is extended by 30/04/1999.
