(1.) . MR.Gopal Subramaniam, learned senior counsel who appears amicus curiae to assist the court in this matter submits that the Report of the High Level Committee has been made on the basis of a large number of documents which were inspected by the Committee. Various objections to the Report have also now been filed. He requires a little time to collate all the objections as well as the conclusions of the Committee's Report and place them before the Court for the purpose of laying down proper criteria for identifying "creamy layer". In view thereof and at the request of the petitioner and other objectors appearing in this matter the matters may be kept for hearing in the 1st week of October, 1999 before an appropriate bench on a non-miscellaneous day.
