JUDGEMENT

(1.) In the event of arrest of Swaran Singh - petitioner No. 2 by the Police in complaint case No. 1 under Section 406/498- a/313/indian Penal Code registered at Police Station, raja Sansi, Amritsar, he shall be released on bail on the condition that he shall furnish a bond in the sum of Rs. 10,000. 00 and also furnish a surety for that amount. This order is passed on the condition that the petitioner No. 2 shall cooperate with the investigation - It is however clarified that it shall be open to the Police to apply for his remand. It is also clarified that our orders shall not come in the way of deciding remand application if made by the police. It is made clear that this order shall remain in force for a period of 60 days from today. Special leave petition in respect of petitioner No. 2 is disposed of accordingly.

(2.) Special leave petition in respect of petitioner no. 1 is rejected.
