JUDGEMENT

(1.) The name of Respondent No. 2 be deleted from the cause list on the prayer of the learned counsel for the Petitioner. Counsel for respondents Nos. 1, 4 and 5 will produce the child on 18th Aug., 1989 in the Chamber of Honourable Mr. Justice B.C. Ray. In the meantime, counter affidavit will be filed. It is stated by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of Respondent No. 2 states that his client will not take any legal action whatsoever against the Petitioner on the allegation made, and he further assures that his client will always render all assistance that may be necessary in this case. The matter is adjourned to 18th Aug., 1989 and will be listed in His Lordship's Chamber at 1.30 P.M.
