JUDGEMENT

(1.) Having heard learned counsel for both sides, we are happy that mediation has thrown up a final result.

(2.) The parties have amicably settled the disputes between them by way of a Settlement Agreement dated 01.11.2018 entered into and duly signed by them which is taken on record.
