JUDGEMENT

(1.) On the joint prayer made by the learned counsel for the parties, pursuant to Order dated 28-8-2018, we directed the parties to appear before the Supreme Court Mediation Centre on 8 th Sept., 2018 at 11.30 a.m.

(2.) As per Mediation Report dated 1st Nov., 2018, the parties could not arrive at an amicable settlement and hence the mediation failed.

(3.) This petition under Sec. 25 of the Civil Procedure Code, 1908 read with Order XLI of the Supreme Court Rules, 2013 has been filed by the petitioner (wife) for transfer of Divorce Petition bearing Matrimonial Case No.02 of 2018 titled as Dr. Priyankar Singh vs. Dr. Kalpana Singh pending before the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Patna to a Court of competent jurisdiction at Jaipur, Rajasthan.
