(1.) This transfer petition under Section 25 of the Code of Civil Procedure has been filed by the petitioner - wife for transfer of C.P. No. 319 of 2017 titled as Abhishek Mojumder versus Trisha Bhowmick, pending before the Family Court, Jajpur, Odisha to the learned District Judge, Alipore, Kolkata, West Bengal.
