JUDGEMENT

(1.) We have heard learned counsel appearing for the parties.

(2.) The parties have amicably settled the disputes between them by way of a Terms of Settlement dated 24.12.2018 entered into and duly signed by them which is taken on record.

(3.) Since the parties have amicably settled their disputes by way of a Terms of Settlement dated 24.12.2018, divorce by mutual consent is granted by invoking our powers under Art. 142 of the Constitution of India.
