JUDGEMENT

(1.) Having heard Mr. K.V. Vishwanathan, learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners, we see no reason to entertain this petition under Article 136 of the Constitution of India.

(2.) The Special Leave Petition is, accordingly, dismissed. However, since time to make payment of the first installment is to expire today, we extend the time by a further period of two weeks from today.

(3.) Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
