(2.) By an order dated 24.10.2013, the High Court refused to quash the proceedings in Crime No. 290/2008 for offences punishable under Sections 363, 342, 420, 506(i) read with Section 34 of the IPC which is pending as CC No. 12/2009 before the Judicial First Class Magistrate Court - II, Thamarassery.

(3.) Respondent No.2 complained that she was cheated by the appellant and was wrongfully confined. She also alleged that she was not permitted to contact her family.
