JUDGEMENT

(1.) We have heard Dr. Sushil Balwada, learned Counsel who has been nominated through the Supreme Court Legal Services Committee.

(3.) In view of the judgment of this Court reported in 2013 (4) R.C.R. (Criminal) 764 : 2014 (1) SCC 188 titled Badshah v. Urmila Badshah Godse and Anr., we are not inclined to interfere with the impugned judgment affirming the award of maintenance to the Respondent-wife.
