JUDGEMENT

(1.) This transfer petition has been filed by the petitioner-wife for transfer of HMA Case No.2557/2018 titled "Kunal Haresh Hinduja Vs. Divya Rajeeva Bhargava" from the Family Court, Mumbai at Bandra (Maharashtra) to the Family Court, Hyderabad.

(2.) Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent states that the respondent has no objection to the transfer of proceedings.

(3.) The transfer petition is allowed. Pending applications stand disposed of.
