JUDGEMENT

(1.) We have heard the learned counsel for the parties and gone through the transfer petition filed under Sec. 25 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908.

(2.) Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, we transfer Case No.CM 79 of 2018 titled as "Dhiraj Vyas vs. Rekha Joshi" pending before the Family Court, Pali District, Rajasthan to the Family Court, Bangalore (Karnataka).

(3.) The parties shall remain present before the Family Court at Bangalore on 11.03.2019.
