JUDGEMENT

(1.) This Transfer Petition is filed for transfer of Case No. 706 of 2017, titled "Sunil Kumar vs. Seema" pending before the Principal Bench, Family Court, Gautam Budh Nagar, Greater Noida (UP) to the Court of competent Jurisdiction at District Courts, Kaithal, Haryana.

(2.) We have heard learned counsel for the parties.

In the facts and circumstances of the case and keeping in view the grounds urged in the transfer petition, we order transfer of Case No. 706 of 2017, titled "Sunil Kumar vs. Seema" pending before the Principal Bench, Family Court, Gautam Budh Nagar, Greater Noida (UP) to the Court of District Judge, Kaithal, Haryana, who may try the case himself or assign the same to any other Court of competent jurisdiction.
