(2.) The appeal filed by the petitioner against the judgment and order dated 21.09.2016 in favour of the respondent under Sec. 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act is pending in the Court of the Principal District Judge, Gondia.

(3.) The petitioner is seeking transfer of another petition (being HMP No. 93 of 2017) titled as Ghanshyam Vs. Sau. Dimple @ Anju filed by the respondent under Sections 13 (IA) (IB) and (AA)(II) pending in the Court of Civil Judge (Sr.Dn.) Gondia, Maharashtra to the Court of competent jurisdiction at Hopardi, Jodhpur, Rajasthan.
