JUDGEMENT

(1.) This transfer petition is filed before this Court for transfer of case bearing HMA No.1443 of 2017 titled as "Arpit Kumar Vs. Megha Srivastav" pending in the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Lucknow (U.P.) to the Court of District Judge, Faridabad (Haryana).

(2.) Learned counsel for the respondent states that he does not oppose the transfer petition.

(3.) In view thereof, we deem it appropriate to allow this transfer petition.
