The present appeal arises out of the impugned final Judgment and Order dated 16.02.2018 passed by the High Court of Judicature at Patna in Criminal Appeal (SJ) No. 343 of 2015, by which the High Court has upheld the order of conviction of the appellants under Sections 307, 323, 324 and 447 read with Section 34 IPC, awarded by the Sessions Court.
