JUDGEMENT

(1.) We have heard learned counsel appearing for the parties.

(2.) For the grounds stated in the Transfer Petition, we are satisfied that the prayer made on behalf of the petitioner-wife for transfer of divorce petition bearing Petition No.A-2938 of 2015 titled as "Kamal Rohitashwa Yadav Vs. Priyanka Kamal Yadav" pending before the Family Court at Bandra, Mumbai is justified and is fit to be allowed.

(3.) We, accordingly, direct transfer of Petition No.A- 2938 of 2015 titled as "Kamal Rohitashwa Yadav Vs. Priyanka Kamal Yadav" pending before the Family Court at Bandra, Mumbai to the Family Court at Ahmedabad.
