JUDGEMENT

(1.) Both the parties are present in Court.

(2.) We are informed that the parties have taken necessary steps to fulfil their obligations under the settlement as recorded in our order dated 14.11.2018.

(3.) Considering the fact that the matter has been amicably resolved between the parties and they want to give quietus to the entire dispute between them, they pray that all the proceedings between them be disposed of in terms of the settlement already taken on record. In other words, the transferred case be also allowed in terms of the settlement and the marriage between the parties be dissolved by mutual consent. We accede to this request in the facts of this case and order accordingly.
