JUDGEMENT

(1.) Mr. Ashwani Kumar Dubey, learned Advocate submits that he has instructions to appear on behalf of the respondent and Vakalatnama shall be filed during the course of the day.

(2.) We have heard the learned counsel for both the sides and have gone through the transfer petition filed under Section 25 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908.

(3.) Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, we transfer petition being H.M.A. No.1054 of 2018, titled as " Nitin Srivastava v. Shapali Srivastava", pending before the Court of Principal Judge, East District, Family Courts, Karkardooma, Delhi to the District Judge, District Court, Chandigarh (U.T.), who may dispose of the same or assign it to a Court of competent jurisdiction.
