(2.) This appeal is directed against the final judgment and order dated 2nd June, 2017 in CRP No.2706/2015 passed by the High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad for the State of Telangana and the State of Andhra Pradesh.

(3.) The only question involved in the appeal is whether courts below were justified in dismissing the amendment application filed by the appellant (plaintiff) seeking to amend the plaint.
