This appeal takes exception to the judgment and order dated 10.12.2018 passed by the High Court of judicature at Allahabad in Application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. bearing No.44690/2018, whereby the application for quashing of Complaint Case No.1229 of 2015 (Anupam vs. Rajeev Sharma and Others) preferred by the appellant came to be rejected.
